Payment
You may pay securely by debit or credit card by selecting one of our secure payment processors, Paypal or Nochex, from the options shown during checkout. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please make it payable to Ladies Night Lingerie and send to LNL Costumes , PO Box 9432, Nottingham, NG1 9EL.
Delivery
In-stock items will be despatched as soon as possible following receipt of cleared payment. Out of stock items will be placed on order with our suppliers so please allow up to two weeks for delivery. If you do require an item urgently please notify us at time of order and we will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you on time. All items will be discreetly packaged in plain wrapping.
UK orders are subject to a delivery charge of £4.95 regardless of the number of items ordered. If you wish to upgrade your order to Special Delivery or you require an International Delivery please contact us for postal rates.
Remember - Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.
Please note that during busy periods fancy dress costumes from our American ranges may take up to 14 days for delivery due to shipping times. If an item is out of stock with our supplier or has been discontinued we will notify you and may substitute an alternative item.
Returns
Please view the photograph and product description of your fancy dress costume carefully and e-mail any queries regarding colour or content prior to purchasing.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days. We will refund the cost of the goods only (less a 10% re-stocking fee) provided that we are notified of the cancellation in writing. All goods must be returned to us at LNL Costumes, PO Box 9432, Nottingham, NG1 9EL within seven days of cancellation and meet the criteria below. Please be aware that certain fancy dress items including wigs and costumes including underwear garments are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene. Please also note that the purchaser is responsible for the postal charges for returned goods.
Please ensure that fancy dress costumes are tried on in a smoke-free environment and costume accessory packs are unopened.
Returned goods must be:
-complete (with fancy dress costume accessories unopened).
-unused/unworn and free of odours.
-in the original packaging with labels and tags intact.
-posted via Recorded Delivery within seven days of cancellation.
-well packaged and include the purchaser's details.
Once returned goods have been checked, we will offer an alternative or refund (less a restocking fee) or in the case of faulty items, a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods that do not meet the above criteria. In such circumstances, the goods will remain with us until the re-delivery charges have been paid.
